Terms and Conditions
Last updated:
01Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation, and “you” refers to it.
These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.
To confirmThe minimum age or capacity requirement for using the site, if Yotel wants one stated.
02Services provided
This website describes Yotel, an outbound calling and voice-AI platform for contact-centre teams. The site itself is an informational and enquiry surface: it lets you read about the product, reach our documentation, and ask for a demonstration.
Access to the Yotel platform is separate. It requires an account and is governed by the commercial agreement between Yotel and the customer organisation. Nothing on this website is an offer to contract, a commitment to provide the service, or a guarantee that any particular feature will be available.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website, or any feature described on it, at any time and without notice. Descriptions of planned or in-development capability are not promises to deliver.
03User responsibilities
When using this website, you agree that you will not:
- Submit information that is false, misleading, or that impersonates another person or organisation.
- Submit anyone else's personal details without a lawful basis for doing so.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems, or any account, or probe or test its security without our written permission.
- Interfere with the site's normal operation, including by overloading it, scraping it at scale, or circumventing any rate limit or access control.
- Introduce malware or any other harmful code.
- Use the site, or anything obtained from it, for an unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable telecom, marketing or data protection regulation.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and for keeping any credentials issued to you confidential.
04Demo requests and communications
When you submit a demo request you are asking us to contact you. You confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to be contacted at the email address and phone number you give us.
Submitting a request does not create a contract or guarantee a session. The date and time you select are a preference, not a confirmed booking — we will contact you to agree an actual slot, and availability is not guaranteed. We may decline a request at our discretion.
We will use your details to respond to the request as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
To confirmAny response-time commitment Yotel is willing to make, and whether demo requests may be followed up with marketing communications. No service-level promise has been stated here.
05Intellectual property
The website and its contents — including text, layout, graphics, interface design, code samples, documentation and the Yotel name and logo — are owned by Yotel or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.
You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own internal evaluation. You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written permission. Product names and logos belonging to other organisations remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
If you send us feedback or suggestions about the product, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
To confirmWhether any published code samples or SDK snippets are offered under a named open-source licence, and if so which. This draft does not assume one.
06Third-party links and services
This site links to resources we do not control, including our documentation, the signed-in application, and third-party platforms our product integrates with. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, availability or practices of any third-party site or service.
Demo requests submitted through this site are delivered using a third-party form provider. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms.
07Disclaimer
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind — express or implied — about the site, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected. Performance figures, latency claims, compliance statements and similar material on this site are illustrative and depend on configuration, network conditions and carrier behaviour; they are not a guarantee of the results you will achieve.
Nothing on this website is legal, regulatory, financial or compliance advice. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that your use of outbound calling complies with the regulations that apply to you.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yotel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — this website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To confirmThe monetary cap on aggregate liability, and whether an indemnity from the user is required. A specific figure has deliberately not been invented — an unenforceable or inappropriate cap is worse than none, and counsel should set this.
09Termination
We may suspend or withdraw your access to this website at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or that your use presents a risk to the site, to us, or to other users.
You may stop using the site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability and governing law — continue to apply after access ends. Termination of website access does not by itself terminate any separate agreement for the Yotel platform, which ends only in accordance with its own terms.
10Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Changes take effect when published. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to highlight it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms, so please check this page periodically.
11Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by the law identified below, and the courts identified below have jurisdiction to settle any such dispute.
To confirmThe governing law and the exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, together with any agreed arbitration seat or dispute-escalation process. Neither a country, a state, nor a city has been assumed here — these must come from counsel and the contracting entity.
12Contact us
If you have a question about these terms, please get in touch before relying on them.
To confirmThe legal or general contact mailbox and the postal address for formal notices. No email address, phone number or address has been invented — these must be supplied before publication.
